Questions regarding orders

Who should I contact about my order?

I received the wrong product or the wrong quantity. What should I do?

If you wish to change or partially cancel your order, our customer service will assist you.
 

 

Partial Cancellation Before Tire Installation

Do you want to partially cancel your order? Please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled tire installation appointment.

If the tires have not yet been installed, refer to the section about partial order cancellation for more information. If the tires have already been installed, review the purchase cancellation procedure.

If you wish to either order additional tires or services, or to order more tires, cancel the existing order and create a new one. Contact us by email (serviceclients@vulco.com) or by phone at 0 805 258 787 (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM) to confirm the scheduled visit or to arrange a new appointment.
 

 

Can I order tires without using the online store? What are the other ways to place an order?

The Vulco online store allows you to purchase products online. If you need help placing an order, call us or contact us by email. Alternatively, you can purchase tires at Vulco centers. You can easily find the nearest location using our auto center search feature.
 

 

Why are some tires no longer available?

Tire manufacturers continually improve their products. More advanced tires are regularly introduced to the market, and older models are withdrawn. If the tires you are looking for are no longer available for sale, we are here to offer you the latest corresponding tires.

 

How can I check if my online order has been processed?

Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you have not received an email despite providing your address, we recommend checking your spam folder. If the confirmation email was not sent, an error may have occurred. In this case, we recommend contacting Vulco customer service.
 

 

How do I place an order?

Ordering tires from the Vulco online store is straightforward and involves just four steps:

1. Choose your tires

2. Select an installation date and time

3. Choose an available Vulco center near you

4. Enter your billing information and make the payment

 

You can display only the available dates for your chosen auto center.
 

 

How do I change the number of tires ordered?

By default, an order includes two tires. If you wish to buy more (or fewer), you can adjust the quantity during the first step of the order or at any other time by reviewing the cart.

Cancellation and return

I want to cancel an order (tires have not yet been installed)

To cancel your order before the appointment, please contact us by email (serviceclients@vulco.com) or by phone at 0 805 258 787 (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM). We will cancel your order and send you a confirmation email. Additionally, you will not need to call the auto center; we will handle that for you.

I want to cancel my purchase (tires have been installed)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. This 14-day period begins on the day you receive the goods. For services (such as tire installation), it is 14 days from the date of order completion.

If you wish for us to provide the service before the 14-day period has elapsed, check the appropriate box during the order completion. By doing so, you confirm that you waive your right to cancel the service purchase.

To exercise your right to cancel a purchase, you must inform us of your decision by sending a message to serviceclients@vulco.com before the cancellation period expires. You can use the form available on the Returns Form page; its use is not mandatory.
 

 
Effects of cancellation

If your purchase is canceled, we will refund all payments made, including delivery charges. The refund will be processed within 14 days following the date we receive your cancellation request. Additionally, you will be refunded using the payment methods used during the initial transaction, unless we agree to use other payment methods. We will not charge you any refund fees.

However, you will need to cover the cost of returning the goods (19€ per tire, including 20% VAT). You will not be responsible for any loss of value of the tires, unless the loss of value is a result of handling not related to the verification of their condition, properties, and proper functioning.

When requesting services before the cancellation period has expired, the buyer must pay an amount corresponding to the portion of the service already provided.

 

Questions regarding tire installation

I can't find a service center near me. Can you help?

We are continuously working to expand our network. We apologize if we are not yet able to offer a service near you! We recommend searching for a Vulco center using our service center search function or by calling our direct line.
 

 

As a customer, do I need to inform the service center before the appointment?

We ensure that the service center will have all the necessary information for the service. Therefore, you do not need to contact the service center regarding the appointment. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, contact the service center directly or call us at 0 805 258 787 (Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM).

 

How do I find the nearest service center?

During your purchase, you can choose the nearest service center by entering your postal code or city name. This will provide you with offers from local centers. Additionally, you can use our service center search function available on vulco.fr.

I want to change the date of an appointment

To change the date of your appointment, contact the service center directly or call us at 0 805 258 787 (Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM). We will handle it for you.

 

I want to cancel an appointment.

To cancel an appointment before your scheduled time, contact us at least 24 hours before the agreed date by sending an email to serviceclients@vulco.com or by calling us at 0 805 258 787 (Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM). We will cancel your appointment and send you a confirmation email. Additionally, you will not need to call the service center; we will take care of that.

Questions about claims

A delivered tire is damaged. What should I do? (Manufacturing defect)

Our products come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you notice a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, you can file a claim by sending us an email at serviceclients@vulco.com or by calling us at 0 805 258 787 (Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM).

Your contact person will explain the warranty procedures, schedule an appointment at one of our partner centers, and send you a claim form. You just need to return the form along with the invoice for the tires.

You will then have the option to make a purchase or exchange, either online or at one of our auto centers.

Once the new tires are installed, the auto center will prepare a damage report and send the damaged tires to our technical control center. If the claim is accepted, we will refund the tires.

Questions regarding deliveries

Can the delivery be made to a different address?

We deliver all products to our auto centers located throughout France. As long as the tires have not been dispatched, you can change the destination center or the appointment date. However, once the tires have been sent to the partner center, you have two options:

  • You can cancel your order and place a new one at a different center.
  • You can schedule a different appointment date (at the same auto center).

In both cases, we recommend contacting our support service by email or phone.

Is it possible to reschedule an appointment?

You can reschedule your appointment by contacting us by phone at 0 805 258 787 (Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM). Additionally, you do not need to call the auto center. We will handle it for you.

 

What happens if we cannot schedule an appointment?

If we are unable to schedule an appointment, a Vulco employee will contact you by phone to inform you of the issue. They will arrange a new appointment with you and then send you a confirmation. You will also have the option to cancel your order.

 

How can I collect the ordered tires?

All tires can be ordered on vulco.fr along with fitting services. In other words, fitting is mandatory for each tire sold.

Alternatively, you can purchase tires and make an appointment at an auto center by completing a transaction in our online store. The tires will be sent to the auto center, where they will be fitted to your vehicle during the agreed appointment.
